We take our coffee much more seriously than we take ourselves.
Unlike many companies, the prices we pay for our coffee are in no way linked to the New York C commodity market. Instead, we pay well above the Fair-Trade price and prices paid for commercial coffee, ensuring a sustainable income for coffee producers as they are not exposed to the volatility of the fluctuating commodity market.
We spend endless hours tasting coffee samples from around the world to ensure we are sourcing and serving only the best. We understand that great coffee can only come through partnerships between those working hard at origin right through to our coffee roaster. These connections are key to the sustainability of the coffee industry.
