Store your coffee in a cool, dark, and dry place – NOT in the fridge or freezer.
All our bags come with a zip lock seal so you can simply reseal the bag and place it in the pantry or a kitchen drawer ready for your next brew.
Single origin coffees are sourced from one specific geographical region, such as a single farm or farming cooperative, and will display unique flavour characteristics. Blends are created in-house by mixing a variety of beans to create a flavour profile we can replicate year-round.
Espresso roasts are darker and ground finer for bold, concentrated flavors, ideal for espresso machines. Filter roasts are lighter and coarser, preserving delicate flavors for slower brewing methods like pour-over or French press.
Our coffee is always roasted fresh and will be dispatch within the same week it is roasted, ensuring you receive your coffee in its prime brewing window.
Optimal brewing time of coffee is within the first 6 weeks after roasting; however you can enjoy your coffee for as long as you like – the coffee does not spoil, you will simply find the flavour will change with time.

We process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days. This may increase during periods of high volume though you will still always receive your package as fast as possible.
