I am writing this regrettably and will happily remove it if someone can get in contact with me. I was an original subscriber of the pods and loved the coffee until they ran out of stock. I understood they had supply issues and wasn’t concerned with that, what I was concerned with was the quality after they had stock again. Firstly, the pods were showing up in destroyed boxes and then they moved from having aluminium capsules to cheap plastic ones, and when I tried to contact them to see if this was all temporary, I got no response. I tried their website contact form, their Instagram through a DM, and their Instagram through an enquiry. For a company that brags about premium quality and customer service, it was anything but that. Now, again, I’m happy to remove this if someone contacts me; this is just a last resort and very disappointing.

In the process of purchasing I checked and it stated that they are compatible with Nespresso machines but they do not fit in the machine I have.

Packages were torn and open. Looks like they have been hand to 5 people and sent back

My partner purchased these pods for me to try. They are not on the same level as Nespresso pods. These pods are a little bland and the flavour profile is quite flat. With that in mind, they are a better alternative to anything you'll find in the supermarkets.

Bought these for my son, he’s just getting into coffee ( very late starter lol) and he’s smashing them. So they gotta be good. Will be back for more.
